Attorney General Announces Probe into Trump Adversaries and Jeffrey Epstein Links
This past Friday, the Attorney General assigned interim US attorney Jay Clayton to head an investigation into political adversaries of the President and their links with Jeffrey Epstein. This decision came just after the president directed her to initiate the probe.

This development appears to contradict a July memo from federal authorities which stated that documents related to Epstein lacked grounds for further inquiries. As per the memo, authorities “found no proof justifying probes into uncharged individuals”
